For a complimentary consultation at our shop, please email or call us to set up a convenient day and time. Consultations are weekdays from 11 AM to 5 PM. and may vary on Saturdays. On-location consultations are available with an upfront service charge.
Booking, Payment, Cancellation, & Guarantees
Our practice is to schedule clients on a “first come, first served” basis. For a guaranteed booking, we require a minimum deposit of 25% of the current quote, on or before the stated booking date in the contract proposal. When booked, you still have the flexibility of changing contract details until a month from your event. After which, all final details including the balance payment is required by the stated contract date.
You may cancel on or before your contract date and receive 50% of your deposit. After which, any deposit is non-refundable.
