As an event florist, The Palette offers a mix of services for your special event.
Please fill-out our standard contact form, which will provide us useful information to start conceptualizing designs that will align with the vision of your wedding, social gathering, or corporate event.
We would love to assist further by scheduling a personal complimentary consultation or phone conference. Consultations are Tuesdays-Fridays from 11 AM to 4 PM, and may vary on Saturdays. On-location consultations are available with an upfront service charge.
Booking, Payment, Cancellation, & Guarantees
We book clients on a “first come, first served” basis. For a guaranteed booking, we require a minimum deposit of 10% of the current quote, on or before the stated booking date in the contract proposal. Ask about our Payment Plan that will provide you an additional 10% credit for each payment. When booked, clients will still have the flexibility of changing contract details until the contract date (a month from event date). After this, all final details including the balance payment is required by then. You may cancel on or before your contract date and receive 50% of your deposit. After which, any deposit is non-refundable, with no exemption.
