Booking, Payment, Cancellation, & Guarantees
We book clients on a “first come, first served” basis. For a guaranteed booking, we require a minimum deposit of 10%-25% of the current quote, on or before the stated booking date in the contract proposal. When booked, clients will still have the flexibility of changing contract details up until the contract date (a month from event date). After which, all final details including the balance payment is required by the stated contract date. You may cancel on or before this and receive 50% of your deposit. After which, any deposit is non-refundable, with no exemption.
