Booking, Payment, Cancellation, & Guarantees
We book clients on a “first come, first served” basis. For a guaranteed booking, we require a minimum deposit of 10%-20% of the current quote, on or before the stated booking date in the contract proposal. After booking, clients still have the flexibility of changing the contract details up until the stated contract date. After which, all final details including the balance payment is required by then. You may cancel on or before the contract date and receive 50% of your deposit. After which, any deposit is non-refundable, with no exemption.
