Event florist Pam Basilio, a Fine Arts graduate, is celebrated for her imaginative designs and captivating personality. Since founding The Palette in 2001, she has orchestrated a variety of successful events, ranging from intimate gatherings to lavish weddings, as well as corporate functions and other social occasions.
